Please fix that, Steam devs. ) Sunshine HDR is working great for me so far (also with Gamestream you have to disable HAGS not with Sunshine. Logged tkolsto. Windows 11 fixes this very much and with the HDR calibration tool which is free on windows 11 you can set it up so it looks great on and off and leave it on all the time. Create steam input on the Steam Link app with ALL buttons set to "None" (has to be completely blank profile) Launch Steam Link app and use touch input (or external mouse and KB) to do initial setup. Don't do that, use HDR only in games/applications that actually support it. I have a dummy hdmi plug, always have my monitor powered off, launch mstsc/rdp instead of the game through moonlight, and just setup gamestream launcher, but the problem still occurs when it wants to. No console mode and source tone mapping, it turned out to be bs gimmick in the end. But the colors are so washed out with HDR enabled in windows. The ME:A workaround also works without installing anything. My tv goes up to 700 nits so hdr is the way to go but if yours is under 500 sdr would look better. Think it only happens for non-HDR displays. Steps to reproduce Enable HDR on the host machine, connect to host with a non-HDR client running moonlight, gag on the washed out.
